At Be Friends, I started handling more complex content structures. Editing multi-merchant interviews taught me to condense scattered, fragmented testimonials into a persuasive enrollment narrative — first sorting viewpoints into pain point, method, and result buckets, then reassembling the timeline with consistent pacing and motion so authenticity and conversion structure could coexist. It's also where I built reusable brand motion master templates: breaking a logo into independently drivable path groups with shared easing curves, so course intros and event assets could scale quickly while staying consistent. The Overseas E-commerce Academy logo animation (standard + red-background versions) became a cross-channel brand asset. This is where I moved from making single videos to building reusable pipelines.
