Liblib AI is my current role, and my first time as the creative initiator for a fast-iterating AI product. The challenge here isn't making visuals flashy, but turning Lovart, LibTV, Xingliu, and other product capabilities into a story that's clear and easy to follow — starting from PRDs and UI designs, aligning with marketing on concept and narrative, and iterating demos with decision-makers. Multi-layer UI compositing splits screen recordings into flow, features, and subtitles, then connects modules into a continuous track with consistent motion and masks, so viewers leave with a reusable path rather than one dazzling moment. 30+ brand videos delivered with 50M+ combined exposure on X and Instagram, benchmarked against top-tier AI launch aesthetics. Chrome extensions and AE plugins built with Cursor improved team production efficiency by 50%.
